    Mining Simulator Supply and Support

    Mining People Africa works closely with mining operations and equipment manufacturers to solve real mining industry problems in areas of safety, productivity, reactive maintenance and the availability of skilled equipment operators. This approach has allowed us to consistently deploy solutions that deliver Real Results.

    We provide qualified trainers who know the products from the simulator providers (Immersive and Thoroughtec). We can also supply and run second-hand simulators for the Mining Industry. By integrating simulation into training programmes, we help operators build confidence and competence before stepping into live environments.

David Kabré

Managing Director

David is a mining professional with over 15 years’ experience as an HSE and Heavy Mobile Equipment Specialist across the mining and construction sectors. He has held leadership roles in safety, training, and operational readiness.

His career spans West Africa and Madagascar, with positions at Boart Longyear, GEODRILL, BCM, ThyssenKrupp-Polysius, Nordgold, and Ambatovy, where he has developed strong expertise in workforce training, risk management, and safety culture.

David is passionate about mentoring and developing local talent, and is committed to building safe, efficient, and sustainable operations that benefit both business and community.

Chris McCulloch

Director

Chris is a world recognized specialist in Training and Development with more than 30 years in multiple disciplines and industries. Spanning countries from Australia, Congo DRC, Eritrea, Burkina Faso, Coté d’Ivoire, Mali and Madagascar. In Nickel, Cobalt, Gold, Coal, Copper, Iron Ore, Coal Seam Gas and Mineral Sands.

Proven successes in building highly effective training and operational teams. An ability to negotiate at all levels from international delegates and board members to new inexperienced operators and community candidates. Highly specialized in individuals who may have language, literacy, or numeracy challenges.

Director

Lee is an executive with a track record in directing and leading global HR / People / Training functions (Inc. General Services, HSES and Marketing).

Lee has gained widespread international experience including working in regions such as: Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, Australia, UAE and the Americas.

Lee also had the benefit of experience in several industries including Mining & Metals (Gold, Platinum, PGM’s, Cobalt, Nickel), Manufacturing & Engineering (Chemical / Water), Oil & Gas (E&P), Utilities (Electric & Rail) and Management Consulting.
